RORY GREENWOOD (Jason) is thrilled to be making his Off-Off Broadway debut in In the Devil’s Hands. He is a 2025 graduate of The Juilliard School, where his roles included Sir Toby in Twelfth Night, Alcibiades in Socrates, Gloucester in King Lear, and Death in Everybody. Most recently he has been understudying the role of George in Prince Faggot by Jordan Tannahill. Rory is from Portsmouth, England, and got his BA at University of Manchester. Favorite UK roles include Liam in Orphans and Gary in Shopping and Fucking. This performance is dedicated to the memory of his drama teacher, David Johnson.

UMER KHAN (Dill) is a New York based actor and writer. Recent screen credits include Apple TV’s Invasion and Justin Ducharme’s feature film Seventeen (Sundance Film Lab). He is developing and will star in a fall 2026 production of Theresa Rebeck’s What We’re Up Against. Originally from the west coast, Umer trained for three years in San Francisco with Jim Jarrett, Sanford Meisner’s last teaching protégé. He believes theatre can move people to confront difficult truths and create space for meaningful human connection.

PHOEBE LLOYD (Lydia) their focus as a performer and a writer is the incubation and evolution of new work. Since graduating from the Carnegie Mellon University School of Drama with their BFA in acting in 2023 they have originated roles in four new plays including Helen Banner’s Westphalia. HELEN BANNER (writer / director / designer / voiceover) is a NY based theater maker and an associate artist at New Georges. She grew up in the British Channel Islands and studied at Cambridge and the Tisch School of the Arts, NYU, where she completed her MFA in Dramatic Writing and was awarded the John Golden Playwriting Award. Helen is a co-founder of the Byzantine Choral Project with composer Grace Oberhofer, which makes choral plays, immersive installations, and podcasts. Helen’s plays include Intelligence (NYTW Next Door Space and Edinburgh Fringe Festival) and Westphalia (Luna Stage). JOSHUA DUMAS (composer / sound designer / voiceover) (he/they) is a Brooklyn-based musician and new media artist exploring social and ecological justice across dance, theatre, video, broadcast, and composition. He performs in Mending with Kate Adams, solo as Tired Circuits, and hosts Bad at Goodbyes – a podcast about endangered species. Recent credits include “seapony” at Dixon Place, “Love You More” at the Tank, “You Must Wear a Hat“ at TheaterLab, “La Musica Deuxième” at Torn Page, and “Four Studies” at PS122.

COURTNEY SEYL (stage manager) (they/she) is a playwright, director, and stage manager based in Brooklyn, NY where they reside with their black cat, Toothless.They graduated from the University of Puget Sound with their BA in Theatre Arts and English. In the summer of 2018 they received training as a part of the Intiman Emerging Artist’s program in Seattle, WA. In 2021 they were accepted into the Kennedy Center Playwriting Intensive. They’ve taken classes with ESPA at Primary Stages and have worked with The Playground Experiment, Broadway Bound Theatre Festival, and The National Queer Theatre. Their play REVOLUTION premiered at The Tank theatre in 2021 and was nominated for 8 Off-Off Broadway awards and won for Best Actress in a New Play. LEVVY BANNER (production assistant) is 19 years old and has been working on and off as a studio assistant for Zoopraxic Studio since the start of 2026. (You will note that the felted ball sign in the lobby and the mattresses on display at the open studio and sound bath were largely contributed to by Levvy). They are looking forward to working on further productions this coming year and learning and developing new skills and practices as they do so.​​​​​​

ALLISON PARKER (line producer) is a freelance producer with her company, A/Park Productions. With A/Park, Allison produces shows both in NYC and for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Recent NYC credits include: EYES GLIDING OVER ME (Zoopraxic) THE WHOLE OF TIME (The Brick), R.U.R.: ROSSUM'S UNIVERSAL ROBOTS (a reading with SCLA, Czech Center), SATURN'S CHILDREN (a reading, Torn Page) and LA MUSICA DEUXIÈME (Torn Page). Recent Edinburgh credits include: DO THIS ONE THING FOR ME (Bedlam, 2024), UNSEEN (Zoo Playground, 2024), and FUNNY GUY (Greenside George Street, 2024). Allison will be returning to the Edinburgh Fringe this August with Michelle Renee Johnson's new one-woman show, EXTRA DRY, which will first premiere in New York this April as a part of the NYC Fringe. Allison is thrilled to be presenting ZOOPRAXIC's inaugural season and can't wait for seasons to come! Love to my boys: Stephen, Desmond and Parker the pup.

ALLEESE ELDRIDGE (associate producer) (Al/They/She/He/It) uses performance as a site for community organizing and uplifting ideas of collective prosperity.
